IMPORTANT NOTICE! Once space has been approved please fill out the "Graphic and Promotions Request Form" if you would like us to promote.

Please note that it is the responsibility of the group/individual or ministry requesting the use of the facility/room/outside space to return it to the way they found it.
SET-UP & CLEAN-UP: The individual, group or ministry requesting the facility is responsible for set-up (tables, chairs), clean-up (tables, chairs, trash, etc.) and returning the facility, room or event space to their normal set-up.
EQUIPMENT/WALLS: No tape or tacks may be used on walls around the building - ONLY command strips, wall putty! Return all tables, chairs, easels, and other equipment to their proper places after your event. Return facility/rooms used to their normal set up. Remove any items on the walls or set out in connection with your event. Report any damage to equipment or property promptly to the church office. NO equipment including the sound board, items on stage and the computer(s) should be used without the approval from the Director of Technical Arts.
CLEAN-UP: Please clean all dish and put them away, wipe counter tops and microwave, clean sink and sweep floor (if needed). Please return all used items, washed and cleaned to the designated cupboards/cabinets which are labeled for your convenience. Wipe off tables. If food or drink is involved, wipe all tables clean using a mild soap and water solution of Lysol Wipes (located under the sink in the Kitchenette/or closet of Sanctuary Cafe). If stains occur on the carpet, please notify the office so correct cleaning solutions can be used to remove stains. DO NOT try to remove stains yourself. Please notify the church office ASAP!
CLEANING ITEMS: Paper Towels, Lysol Wipes, a broom and dustpan are located in the Kitchenette and Cafe Closet. Please return these items to the Kitchenette/Cafe Closet when you are finished using them.
TRASH: Trash should be put in garbage cans and tied. The facilities team will dispose of bags. Please put all recyclables in marked containers provided.
FOOD & BEVERAGES: Please take ALL food and beverages with you unless specific plans for usage have been approved by the church office in advance. If you would like to donate leftover food or beverages to the church, pleas let the church office know who items are being donated to (example: Church Staff, NR KIDS, Creative Moments, NR Students, Sunday Morning Refreshment Use) or label items prior to leaving this in the refrigerators or on the counters.
LIGHTS OUT & LOCK BUILDING: Prior to leaving the building, please check that all windows are closed, lights are off, including all restrooms and that all doors are locked.
CHILDCARE: Children MUST be supervised at all times. Childcare is NOT provided by the church. If your event requires childcare, this must be set up by the event team or coordinator. The church office should be notified if childcare will be held onsite. Children can not be in the nursery without an approved nursery worker (this requires all clearances approved by the church).
SMOKING/ALCOHOL/CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE USE: Is prohibited in the building and on the property grounds!
EVENT APPROVAL: Submission of this form does not approve your event. Your event request will be review by the staff and approval will be communicated by the church.
The person/organization requesting the use of Church facilities hereby absolves the church, its pastors, leadership, members, or people of any liability for personal injury to any individual resulting from the use of the church facilities and agrees to be responsible for any property damage that results during the use of the facilities. Please report any damage to the church office promptly at (610) 323-2353 or info@newridgefellowship.com.
*New Ridge Fellowship "requires proof of insurance" for all groups using the facility. Proof of insurance must be turned in 2 weeks prior to facility use/date of event.
